Yeah well I'm waiting on a response from them to find out what the deal is with the new sub they are supposed to send me. I sent them my credit card # 2 1/2 weeks ago to cover shipping and I haven't recieved the sub yet. I emailed them early in the week and haven't gotten a response. I just emailed them again today, and I'm starting to grow impatient. They've had my sub for over 2 months now!!!! When I originally bought the sub, I dealt with a guy by the name of pat, and he was very helpful and I got the sub right away. Now I deal with bill, because I don't think pat is there anymore, and at first he was helpful and said I would get a new sub. Then I send my CC # and all of a sudden no contact anymore. I'm going to contact my credit card company on monday to find out if they charged my card,and then I will wait another day or two, and If I don't hear from them I'll be posting again for some more suggestions on a new sub.
