Well, Brad said to check the 3 main connectors since thats a typical problem. So, I decided to just go back and make sure they were securely in, and sure enough one of the connectors wasnt in completely. I pushed it in until it clicked and had my bro turn the key, and it started right up!
First time it held an idle for about a few seconds then died. Second time I let it idle for about 20 seconds and it ran just fine. Its about time its coming together. Next step is routing the intake piping for the turbo and the intercooler.

Time to go and celebrate!

Thanks to everyone that helped!
