Tires.com (DTD) is a fine service. They have performed equally well as I purchased wheels/tires from them. Tirerack.com is also great, ordered tires from them too!
You generally get what you pay for so $875 may seem like a great deal until you have problems and no customer service later on.
Check the Group Buy forum for some good cheap wheels and you can find good tires for under $100 on tire sites.
