last night looked more like the redwings i know and less like the predators that have been playing the first four games (with the exception of period 3, game 1); result: red wings kicked our asses.....but i wouldnt count the preds out yet....home ice has proved very important this year in all series, and we have been in this position before, familiar territory for us....this is the kind of position and the kind of hockey we had to play for the last 3 weeks of the season.....i look for it to go seven games....but i dont look for the preds to win it though....last night was their chance and unfortunately they blew it.....

i like our chances though....this should be the first off-season where we dont dump 5-6 veterans for more rookies, it seems as though we are getting set now....rumors are the first thing that will happen after the playoffs is they will hammer out a long term deal for steve sullivan then everyone can go home for the summer....we come back next year and play with this kind of composure and dont lose those stupid games to the likes of the chicagos and columbuses of next year, we might be looking at 4th-5th place in the conference.....
