I know Voukun kicked it in, but where was the defense to broom it out of the way  That being said, the Wings couldn't buy a break last year, so its long overdue. I look for the Preds to put out their best effort this afteroon, especially with all of their fans behind them, should be a great game! Happy Easter to everyone

Observations and predictions: -The Preds outplayed the Wings the whole game, even in the 3rd period where we put (23) shots on goal. -When you look at it, the Preds have outplayed/stayed with the Wings for most of first (3) games, with the exception of the 3rd period of game #1. -Youth and its young legs are showing their advantages. -Hatcher is trying to get into game shape...liability IMO! -Game #4 is huge and I don't care about the lack of calls on the Preds, wheres the "big guns" for the Wings  -The Preds are better than alot of people are giving them credit for, imagine if they had "Sam Jones"  i.e. an offensive threat.

I donā??t fully agree with this comment. The Wings put 42 shots on goal compared to the Preds 21. We also did a good job controlling the puck. The Wings just had a hard time getting the shots off that would have counted.
It was the HUGE defensive errors that killed us; I donā??t blame Legace at all.

I completely agree here. He's been very slow out there and has made some terrible mistakes. He's definitely not giving us Playoff caliber Hockey. I donā??t think he should even be playing at this point.

very good observations, while the predators are staying with the wings for 60 minutes and the young legs and speed of the preds are playing for their advantage, i just hope the wings dont get their playoff legs too quickly....the only reason we are still in it, is because of vokoun.....defense has to step up, vokoun is taking care of his own screeners....too many wings standing in front the of net....they need to be LAYING in front of the net!!!!
cant let the wings cycle in the zone....no other team has such a superb passing game as the red wings do.....cant wait until game 4, i predict by then my voice will be completely gone as it hurts right now already....
