Well I think I am at that position now. Do I align the second set of marks on the pulley with the raised block on the engine, as Haynes describes? Also, should the keyway be at 11 or straight up when the pulley marks align with the block? I used a straight edge on the left side of the raised block on the engine to gauge how close it was to the second set of marks on the pulley turning clockwise.
