For the past few oil changes I've been using Valvoline Durablend 5-30. I just don't know if its really worth the extra $ though. My idiot newbie question is this: will it harm the engine to switch back to regular oil from a synthetic blend? If its OK do I need to switch back gradually? What kind of oil do you guys recommend? Thanks in advance for any input.
