it sounds similar to something that could be in the Bible, but that's about it. i think it's obviously just made up, intended to sound like a Bible verse. if you've seen Pulp Fiction, then you've seen an example of "artistic license" with an actual verse from the Bible (only about 10% of the entire quote was actually a quote).
in this case, though, it seems to be completely made up.
