They are these (enlarged 20% using MSPaint)
I then took the body and lowered it over the enlarged wheels and did some of this & that cutting & pasting.
The ACTUAL wheels are Mille Miglia Sferra's (not made anymore) closet thing is a Borbet Type T wheel.
