I ran the signal cables down the passenger side and the power cable and turn-on lead down the driver side. Never a single hint of noise.
BTW, get Knu's 4GA kit. I think he's got 2ch or 4ch sets (1 patch cable vs. 2 patch cables). Really nice stuff at a great price.
