I don't know of any place that you'd be able to get a pigtail for that other than the wrecking yard.
The Ford dealer is going to want a part number for the connector sleeve; getting the terminals is another can of worms.
If the connector sleeve isn't damaged but the terminals are, they MAY be able to find replacements in the 4-box kit (they come with 4" of wire pre-attached, for splicing into the harness).
They'll need a terminal to match it up, though...
