There's this kid at school with a '95 Zetec auto... just checked... almost 300k!!!! He has 274xxx right now, and he commutes almost 2 hrs a day, each way, and takes great care of it, so i see him hitting 300 this summer!
BTW- he swears by amsoil... maybe i'll switch?

okay, he's replaced the tranny- twice, but the second time was b/c of a bad rebuilt that went after less than 1k. engine and everything else is original. he said the original tranny went at "a long time ago, like one fifty or something"

I'm pretty sure I have the lowest on a 96, with 59,986 miles.
nope, my '96 has 45k on it  runs perfectly, better than when i got it at 27k. nighthawk has like 36k on his too...damn...
i need to find a low mileage csvt for sophomore year in college though  , my younger brother is going to get the '96 and i need to upgrade in a year

My '95 has 202,000 miles. She still runs as good as it did back in '97 when I first bought her.

I bought my 'tour from my grandmother after she had a heart attack and could no longer drive back in Dec '02, at the time it only had 21k mi on it. She bought it brand new in '96 and I am glad that she had no clue how to drive an ATX, so of coarse it had to be an MTX
