Well first sorry for the crappy spellinng in my original msg, but nowm let me tell you that last week I put in the pioneer on one side and the stock on the other and I swear ( as much as I wanted to keep the pioneers ) I found that they could not produce the bass or the mid range the stock had, might have had atad better high range being 3 ways but that was it I swear.. I guess it is as someone once said, they are too strong ( demanding ) for the stock unit .. SO unless there's something strong enough to drive them, I will stay with stock, and yes I orefer to stay stock than go with a shiny timy button after market unit.. When was the last time you saw am Audi or a BMW with a shiny Sony xpeldionian Xs or a Blaupunch Kandahar? I think after market units only looked good in the early nineties. After that bcame just tooo tacky to fit in anycar and look compatible and elegant.
