As for Alcohol. Perhaps we should make sure that Rob and Cheryl want to allow drinking at this event. Also bearing in mind we are all odviously driving there. Snacks though I would say cheese and crackers chips I'm thinking about bringing stuff for taco salad actually.

I'd prefer no drinking. I always have beer on hand but I don't want excessive drinking. I myself do not endulge in such practices  .

Good thing I asked I had to order today!  Keith - baby carrots, celery, broccoli, etc.... for a veggie tray. veggies are inexpensive and yummy! Diet coke for me, also I might bring a couple of beers (Guinness for me) just incase I want 1 or 2, but no more than that. Don't worry Rob I can handle it and I know what you mean, I'm a pub manager!
