First off, the tranny holds x amount of fluid. If you overfill it, there is a relief valve/port that will bleed off the excess fluid & it looks just like a tranny leak.
Don't ask me how I know that.

If you in fact have a leak, screw the BBB. There is one word & one word only that will get them in gear (pun intended) & fix your tranny or buy you a new HD one. Press.
Contact your local newspaper or TV station that has a consumer advocate like "ACTION TEAM 5" or whatever. They'll stick a mic or camera in their faces & whoa! You've got a tranny quicker than you can hang up your keys. If they accomodate you as I expect they will, ask for a heavy duty tranny like in the Escape (if it's compatible) and a freebie external cooler to keep it running forever. They'll do it just to look good to the press.
Don't let them bully you or take advantage. You're in the right after 5 trips. But do be absolutely CERTAIN of your FACTS. Double, even triple check that fluid level & be certain it's not overfilled.
