I was talking to a couple of people and they said it might not be good weather isn't usually that good in sept. but I was thinking memorial day weekend then we would have more time and most people have that time off.

Ideas?

What? Summer Blast West

When? August ???

Where? VEGAS

Why? Spring Zing is just too far for most of us.

If I am back in California when this happens, I will be there.

okay guys here is the deal that we have at LVMS.

I have the 2 tracks available Sunday, Sept. 12. The cost for the track rental is $12,500 for the 2 tracks.
The price includes just the rental of the tracks, with an additional charge of $190 per hour for Fire/Safety and ALS unit.

The tracks will be held in your groups name once the agreement is signed and the 50% deposit is received by LVMS.

There may be additional charges based on the activities that you do. We require a 5,000,000 insurance policy
naming LVMS as additionally insured etc. Levy Restaurants is the exclusive caterer.

I am giving you this information in advance so there are no surprises.

I am not sure if we have enough people to do both tracks for that amount of money. so tell me what you guys would like to do.
also I would like people to let me know if they are serious about going to this.

Johnny
