All speaker cables and RCA cables for audio are simple strands of oxygen free copper, silver, etc, that are wrapped at right angles to minimize interference with each other (some have very fancy jackets). In the audio industry there is rampant "snake oil" sales tactics with claims that are never proved. Directionality in your everyday cable makes no sense. again,,unless there is something on the cable like MIT where if you reverse tha cable you reverse whatever that box does (maybe)!, ((which is time align the low and high freq), they say they travel at different speeds) thru the cable..)
