Done a little more research. Kick panels sound like the way to go but I'm not really able to undertake the trouble of building them right now as I'm stuck away from home with limited tools for the next 6 months (military training bs).
I'm gonna pull the panels and get a first hand look this weekend, but me thinks mounting the 6.5 mid and tweet in the door some how are the way to go. I may try and build some way to angle the mid and tweet up but not sure how much room I have to work with back there.
So what's the model of the focal and mb quarts or others everyone is using? Best bet for the amp looks like ppi from what I have read but I'm open for suggestions.
Anyone know how much work/time goes into the kick panel fab. I may give a shot at it.
What about cross overs, do they usually come with the components or is it best to build them myself. I've never done it before but I can follow dirrections pretty well.
