If the new tie rods are greasable, they sould have grease fittings on them. It is possible that they have small plugs that need to be removed to install grease fittings.
Any auto parts store, including Pep Boys, AutoZone, etc., should have grease guns and fittings. A cartridge of chasis grease will do just fine, any brand will do.
