stay clear of first class auto. When I wanted to lift my truck, they wanted to lift it using blocks. I had to explain to them that my applictaion is a spring under axle suspension and blocks would lower the truck, not lift it that being said, I have no other advice lol

Yea FCA is gone way down. There horrible now. They use to be the svt contour gurus of the area(As far as shops go). Back before I had my svt there was two guys that work there that had svt's, and I use to go in there and talk about them(when I was considerng buying). They were some of the first that I saw that had true duals, and another time they were installing a Vortech on a silver svt w/ blue stripes. This was all in 98-99. I have not seen those guys around since, and always wondered if they trolled over here. I beleive one of them directed me this way(ceg). Anyone no who I am talking about. They were pretty responsible for me purchasing my car, wether they knew it or not. They worked @ the Livonia store, one guy's name was Mark. Just reminiscing

BAT sells the MAF adapter you need and the big 8 or 9" K&N to go with it can be purchased at Ramchargers. I paid about $35.00-$40.00 for the MAF adapter and another $45.00 for the 9" K&N, which BTW is the largest size filter you can put on the Tour when putting it in the original location. The only thing you gotta do is remove that little duct in the fenderwell to achieve the fitment of the 9" K&N Good luck!

you don't even need an adapter, on a CSVT, you can take the filter cover, and just cut it down to just a ring that holds the filter on. Add a heatshield to make a proper large airbox and its all good.

I did a back to back dyno comparison with this setup and the KKM intake a few years ago. The two came out very similar with the "ghetto" version showing slightly better midrange.
