Before I added my cap, I had very little dimming. I'm actually about to pull my cap out and sell it. Cuz now the lights dim more than normal.

I don't think that neons, and hood washer leds will draw enough current to cause damage with even with a large amp

Now for amps since this is a sub set up I have one recomendation

JBL 600.1
- wire in parallel, that will put it down to 2 ohm, 300 per sub. remeber gain happy people kill subs.
- or you can wire in seires, for an 8 ohm load. and probley send around 150 to each sub

Dude, you know I was kidding about the amp draw I hope I thought everybody knew that LEDs draw next to nothing.
