Well, I didn't get an email "by the end of the week." I don't want to be pushy or annoying, but if I don't get an email by Tuesday, I'm calling again.
Is it not common curtesy to at least write something? Something like "Flow bench was delayed" or "No new info yet." Just not getting emails is annoying.
