Did you buy the Subi used? Just asking becasue it looks like to back door is a different color then the rest of the car.
Nice thing about a Subaru - you can find any part you would need to make it faster! I have learned that Contour "go-fast" parts are very difficult to locate.

why not sti? save the money that you doubt use to buy the sti get a normal wrx and there you have extra mod money to make it FASTER then the wrx plus you don't have the ugly wing.

Could be but the more I look at that picture, the more it looks like it had some paint work. I know it's nearly impossible to tell from just a picture, but it kind of looks that way to me. Like you said, it could just be the light in the picture.
I drove a friends WRX. Very fast, but the stock tires were very crappy in the snow. It's hard to believe that a Subaru is in the same ring as a supercharged Mustang Cobra! The Impreza started life out as a cheap econo-box vehicle. Now it's a 12sec. beast!
