Hey.
If you take off the covers where the wipers are, you'll find rubber grommets or a grommet there. use that to go through the firewall. It's the easiest place I could find.
Hope this helps

Do we really have to do the rating system?

I know where to go through on a pre-98, not sure bout post 98. On driver's side, near brake pedal there is a spot you can go through. Look under hood relative to where the pedals would be on opposite side and there is a small(2 to 3 inch)triangular rubber cover. Push a screw driver or knife through it and you know have a place to run your power wire. Run it under the side panels to keep it hidden.

See that spot left and down of the strut tower on the firewall where the two tubes run into? Well, on mine there is nothing running through it. Maybe you can try squeezing a power wire through there. It goes straight into the driver's compartment.
