Well I don't know about your area, but around here most Contiques are driven by grandpas and grandmas.. So much that I notice when I see someone that looks younger than 60 driving one.

Yep, same here. I am in "retirement city" and most of the people I see driving Contiques are older. It's rare to find someone young driving one.
Oh, by the way, if you race them at a track(legally), you would smoke them in a heartbeat. I am sure most of your cronies are in Civics or something similar, and, well, even my 4 cylinder Contour can smoke MOST Civics, if they aren't modded.
