I check the voltages to F32 which is the main radio fuse and there is no voltage on either side of the fuse. ...
These devices are all fed from Fuse 34 7.5 amp interior fuse panel. Spare fuses in cover of engine compartment fuse box.
F32 requires key in acc or run to have volts.
Haynes manual almost useless for wiring since diagrams are of European model (e.g. F36 feeds air bags with O/GN wire over here).
You didn't give car info which is always of interest and sometimes relevant. Above applies to '97.
