i don't know how people do it in canada, but here in the states, its pretty customary to let somebody merge over in front of you, even if it's at the slightest inconvenience to you (1 car, [censored].) but, it would be quicker and easier to let 1 person infront of you than turn around and try the same [censored] all over again
