From what I saw you don't have much at all.
Being that I do NVH for Ford, I will give you recommendations on what "I think" most Contours need.
1. Cover the whole rear deck. The metal under the rear deck has holes in it that lets any sound in the trunk into the cars cabin. Adding Thinsulate in the space between the metal and rear package tray cover will help a great deal.
2. Being this is the audio section, I assume you have speakers in your doors. If I had speakers in my doors I would mount the speakers on MDF baffles, seal it to the door and cover the whole door panel and inner with dynomat and fill air gap between the inner and panel with Thinsulate.
This will increase sound quality by improving speaker performance and reduce exterior noise entering the car.
What you did is good for reducing road noise.
If you mount your sub box on dynomat and cover the box panels this will help reduce noise created by the sub. Loading the sound of the sub into the vehicle cabin instead of the trunk will reduce noise from the deck lid and rear package tray also.
