those transmissions are not automatics at all, they are almost a normal manual that is electro-hydraulically conrolled. If you want to move from a selector lever to paddles, that is also a big deal, because you would need to actually put motors or hydraulics in the tranny to do what the lever does, the lever is not a switch, it is a mechanical arm. So, no, it's not possible.
