OP ibub_dup1 Veteran CEG\'er I Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 717	anyone know how to tell whether front caliper brackets are for SVT or not? I found a set that's already off the car, & the car is gone. contours, deloreans & fiats, oh my!

I dont remember seeing that on my non-SVT stockers.... maybe something to look at... Other than that I dont know how you would tell by eye-balling it, unless you held up a set of stock brackets next to the SVT brackets which would look noticably larger. 1996 Contour SE 3.0 <Alternate Site on CarDomain>

I would guess that the distance from the mounting hole to the slide pin would be longer on the SVT brackets. Will both the E0 & E1 calipers fit on the same bracket? contours, deloreans & fiats, oh my!
