Thanks, Steven I believe the Tricom is just one single connector for all models, whereas the triple combo is all 3 individual connectors for the three different categories of OBD II cars. There was some confusion about this the last time we had a group buy, cuz some guy got a triple combo and he said it was also just one universal connector like the Tricom. I never did figure it out... Either way, I have the Tricom and I'm happy with it.

chapulin Newbie C Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 6	Combos have one connector and a little black box (called bluebox by the software). Tricoms have that black box integrated in the connector (instead of being at the middle of the CAT5 cable).
