And make sure the MDF is 3/4". You'll also need to decide if you want ported or sealed design. Once you get it designed, all you need is the MDF, screws, wood glue, and a sealing agent for the inside (silicone sealant). Just make sure your design is stable, strong, and airtight; and your sub will sound all the better. I (200+lbs) can literally jump up and down on my box and it doesn't budge.
