I saw the original when I was pretty young and my father told me they were true stories!! He thought it would be funny Now Im 24 years old and scared to DEATH of those movies....pathetic huh??

i don't think that it will even half as good as the original. GC Romero was a genious at scareing you without all the blood and gore that todays horror directors seem to think is necessary to frighten the viewer. i just think that the over done gore that this movie is going to have is going take away the true scare factors that the original masterpiece had. and without a doubt the director is going to be trying to scare you every second, that in itself is going to take the humor out of the story that the original had. don't get me wrong, if the stick to the story at all it should be a good show, but no where near as good as the original. and to all those that have never seen it i suggest you rent it and watch it first, you will not regret the decision.

I watched that preview and the best part of it was the little girl standing in the doorway but when she bit the guy and all the blood started flying it started going downhill

The old dawn of the dead, day of the dead, night of the living dead movies where pretty good. Besides the few spoof versions out there Hopefully this one is good. yeah once the girl bit her father and he went nutz it wasn't as good as the original from what I remember of it.
