I've had the same trouble with the fog lights , the passenger side keeped burning out # 893 I believe. so this weekend I removed the splash pan cover under the car and removed both fog light housings. The lower screw bolt is a [censored] to get at I had to use a 7mm wrench to get it out. I put a teaspoon of dish washer deturgent in each and filled with very hot water, not boiling ,nevertheless very hot. Let them sit for a good 30 minuites. After ,I rinsed them both out. The film that had built up on the inside was remove and made them look like new. I replaced both foglights # 885 its a 50 watt bulb I got at Pepeboys then put the foglight housing back in and replaced the cover I put the metal speed nuts on the housing where the hole was instead of back on the bumper it made installation a lot easier.
As far as the headlights go check on the fitment of the bulbs in the housing its easy to put them in crook'ed try loosing the alignment screw up and that should level them out. Also a lot of aftermarked bulbs suck. Only oem replacments , piaa, katz, and razzo bulbs work best to my knowledge.
