Is there any comparison of the K40 to the Valentine 1? The company makes some pretty strong gaurantees like paying for radar tickets up to 1 year after purchase.

Either Escort Passport 8500 or valentine one,, everything else doesn't compare... I've heard of the K40 laser diffuser which works in some cases,,, but no radar scrambler works,, if that's what the K40 is. If the K40 is just a detector, than it probably works as well as any ~$100 detector you can get at the store.

I think K40 is the brand not the exact detector. If you are talking about the remotely mounted detectors that have to be installed by a K40 dealer and cost ~$1000+ I have read good things about them and for those people with tint because the sensors are remotly mounted your tint will not get in the way.

If you are talking about a K40 brand detector that is shaped like other detectors I have not heard anything as good about them.
