Well I've had my vehicle searched twice with no probable cause and no consent after I had broken NO laws. But hey how can you argue with a gun? Not to mention if it ever went to court or something, he just says judge I smelled marijuana in the car. And that's it. A cop can do whatever he wants at the time and you can't argue. Not that all or any of them will, but it happens. Would I be suprised if someone got searched for speeding probable cause or not? Nope
