From my expierences of speeding and getting pulled over. I have had numerous times, I have been searched, or tested to be drunk, come on now, I am only 20, got 5 more months! Okay, so, my point is, the officer wasn't pulling you over for speeding. He was pulling you over to see if he could find other things. You were a perfect target. He probably felt stupid because he found absolutly nothing. and the fact that you passed him. my 2 cents he didn't have his radar gun on. So he couldn't write an accurate speed. He [censored] about the tint because he couldn't find nothing to right you up. If a cop ever writes you a ticket without radaring you and you know he didn't fight the ticket, it will get dropped. But, now he made you feel special by not slapping you with a major speeding ticket. He knows you probably won't fight it. And he will meet quota. It was never about you speeding. its about his quota and what he can find. He found nothing. so he got you with something stupid to justify the pull over. Cops can be dicks. And being on your best behavior is always a must. Don't try to be all sad because you got a ticket. They just try to get you on your way quicker, that usually means you still get a ticket.
