No but it is probable cause for a search. Wheather he smells or finds anything or not. I've had 2 different cops ask me what kind of car it was. Pretty amusing.

Agreed on that one. If he doesnt find anything, and if you decide to file a complaint its his word against yours. If he really did smell what he believed to me pot, odds are he will find something in that car; whether it be just one seed or stem, odds are there is something there. In Oklahoma, as in every state I personally know of, to be convicted on a possession charge, all that is needed is "any testable ammount"
