V6 or 4-banger? Also, I suggest getting the car inspected, my car was "excellent" condition as well, I bought it, and onlt after went for inspection (stupid I know).
This is what my CAA inspection gave me:
Stabilizer Bar - maintenance required
Parking Brake - maintenance required
Suspension Arm Bushing - repair urgently
Ball Joints - repair urgently
Rear Calipers - repair urgently
Front Wheel Bearings - repair urgently
There were also a few minor things. Anyways, get the car inspected.
