but who knows if u'd pass emissions like that

if u can't bolt one in the stock position then that'd have me a little worried

as far as I know, for emissions they just stick little sniffer things in your ehxaust so maybe it doesn't matter as long as you have one.

In IL they hook up your car with a code scanner....to check for codes. As long as they see a cat there and now I have no more CEL....I am good.
