You are right on that one. The good samratin law provides protection for people who actually do stop and render aid. I believe its another law that requires people who are trained to render aid. Also, the good samaratin law says that a person who reneders aid, such as a doctor, is allowed to charge the person they rendered aid to, according to how much they would have gotten paid for the same aid at their place of work.

You should have more brains to know what you where doing was wrong and you know one day you would get caught and you did. I know at times ppl get a lead foot at times but dont over do it.
