Sharing much the same age as you, and having the privlege of driving through Albany myself (check the location; I don't live that far away from you) I can tell you that your argument holds little bearing as to why you should file a complaint, or do all the bitching you've done, and I'm sure if somebody took a decent amount of time, they could weed out all the times you've contradicted yourself on this thread.

I'm 17 myself, and I figured I was invisible in a vehicle type that the police would not usually associate with young teenagers. I can also tell you that that's not necessarily true. I was pulled over for 81 in a 65 when I was driving with my father, ironically on my way to check out a CSVT in Atlanta. Probably the only thing that saved me was that my father was with me to say that he hadn't been paying attention that I was 16 over the limit. Fortunately, I was let off with a warning, but I can vouch with my life that had I been by myself, I would've been ticketed. There's no way out of it other than accepting that the law was broken and no amount of whining or complaining will erase that fact.

Take it as a hit and move on. So his behavior sucked. On here, yours isn't proving to be much better.
