You obviously need more driving experience.

More often than not, you won't get in an accident caused by someone directly in front or behind you. When driving it's all about the periphery, observation, and situtational awareness.

We're just trying to help you out by imparting some of our wisdom on you. Collectively there's a lot more driving years than your 2 on here. You would probably do well to heed some of it.

I've probably been pulled over 50 times at least. I've got one ticket to my name. And it was from a cop with almost exactly the same attitude as you describe, but I was 15 over with no leg to stand on. You just gotta deal with it and pay it.
