1. Please explain your logic behind that thought.
A Single turbo is driven by the exhaust energy of Both banks.
Equal Twins are each driven by only One bank respectively therefore get half the exhaust energy.

2. Have you ever "cruised"???
Who cares if boost spools at 2500rpm vs 2800rpm because it's so far down in the rpm band (I.E. below the powerband) it won't make a real difference.

If you really want to accelerate you won't be driving in tractor range anyway. (I.E. below 3000rpm)
