OK so our trunk is pretty sealed, any body have the "foam" in the rear vents blow out? has anyone completly removed this stuff for appearence? just looks a bit ugly all torn cool

I think he means the little vent holes along the base of the rear window in the rear dash. I wouldn't worry about it. You should be more concerned with the farting noise your car is going to make because of the flow through vents in the side of the trunk. The Contour's trunk is not well sealed, btw. In the winter if there is alot of snow on the trunklid, it would get blown off around the seams from the PB15, it was actually quite amusing. I use asphalt undercoating on the entire inside of the trunk to plug up all the holes. I also covered the fart vents with tape then sprayed them with asphalt. Not much you can do about the trunklid seams though, maybe double up on weatherstripping?
