These arms very susceptible to bending due to curb hits, fortunately relatively inexpensive ($30) to replace with DIY labor. Alignment(toe) accomplished by cam bolt at inner end. Eyeball alignment (+ noticeable effect on centering of steeering wheel) can get you close to spec, but eventually you should get a proper alignment to confirm.
