The contour doesn't have a "frame", but the doors not opening and the sunroof being stuck indicates that the entire unibody is twisted.
I spent over $2000 on my front suspension a while back, with all stock parts, just putting things back together after a curb jumped out in front of me. With the sinking value of contours, I would say anything more than that would be a total loss.
I would say that you're probably looking at a totalled car, but you never know.
