You need Dynamat. The trunk rattles due to the excessive amount of low frequencies (Bass) from you subs. License plates are notoriously bad rattlers. But also seams of the trunk will rattle.
You need to cover the trunk lid in a layer (or more depending on how loud your subs are) of dynamat. DO NOT USE SPRAY ON DYNAMAT, IT IS FOR PLASTIC ONLY!
