Overall, the scores are pretty good.
Here's my take...
For imaging, your center must be a little wide and unfocused. And that is also impacting the location and focus of the images left of center and right of center. The fix to this could be as simple as flipping the + and - wires on the passenger side speakers. Did you wire everything up + to + and - to - between the amp and speakers? That doesn't get you the best performance, if you did. Try flipping the passenger side connections and see what happens.
For tonal accuracy, your scores for mids and highs are quite good. Just need to work on smoothing out the midbass and subbass regions. Not sure if the scores reflect too much or too little of certain frequencies.
Listening position, 7 is a good score, flipping the phase on passenger side (as discussed above)may make it better.
Stage width, 8 is pillar to pillar, good score.
Stage height, 7 is not so good. need to be at 9 or 10 on this item. 7 indicates that the stage is either low (coming from the dash instead of at horizon) or it is very unstable (center is high, but falls to floor at the edges). Again, flipping polarity might fix this too.
Perfect noise scores, good job.
membership/sticker, why lose these 6 points? A membership could have been purchased at the event and you get a $5 coupon toward the entry of your next show? And a SLAP sticker is a cool thing that every car should have.

Good job on the presentation to get 4 out of 5.
What happened on wire protection that got you the 0 instead of 5 points? Make sure to fix this immediately.
And finally why did the integrity scored get zeroed out? was there a problem with the judging?
Overall, a really good showing for a first event. A few minor fixes and you'll be well on your way to being very competitive and having lots of fun.
