Simple.
Got a small toggle switch from Radio Shack.
Wired it in series with the antenna control wire wire (blue?) from the hu. Drilled a hole for the switch in the top wall of the console which is just below the hu.
With the switch in the 'on' position, normal operation.
Flip the switch to 'off' and the system thinks you turned off the hu and retracts the antenna.
